Heres what you'll need:
- 4 c cold white rice
- 1 carrot
- 3 green onions
- 2 tbls oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg (OPTIONAL)
- 2 tbls soy sauce
Once the soy sauce is completely mixed through and the rice is hot again, remove from heat, plate and enjoy!!
